The Limited Lifetime Replacement Guarantee is simply what it says. If your iSHIELDZ ever becomes scratched, discolored or damaged in any way we will replace the iSHIELDZ.
PHONE UPGRADES, PHONE REPAIR REPLACEMENTS OR FAULTY INSTALLATIONS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY.

Kiosk installation: There is a extra charge of $10-$15 more than the MSRP. If the kiosk performs the installation they are responsible.

Shipping & Returns
- Orders normally ship out of our warehouse within 5-7 business days.
- Time in route will depend on the carrier (usually 5 business days or less if within the US and 10-15 days out of the US)
- Orders will be sent using FEDEX ground or US Postal (Priority Mail) service unless customer opts and pays for expedited delivery.

An RMA number is required for all returns. (Any return shipment not accompanied by an RMA number will be refused.)

We stand behind our product for the life of the digital device that you originally put the iShieldz on. We highly recommend that you view our installation video before installing your iShieldz.
The iShieldz Solution is proprietary, contains no water and evaporates at 1000 parts per second, unlike other products on the market. If our solution does get inside your device DONT PANIC, it will evaporate and will not cause damage to electronic components. Depending on the amount of solution that seeped into the device, dry time could be anywhere between a half hour to one day.
